To the everyday family tired of running around afterschool to fit it all in, we have the solution for you!
The Do Good Movement in collaboration with Moraine Valley Community College’s FitRec and D118, are providing the D118 families with a one-stop location to bring quality time back to the center of family time.
The Do Good Movement will provide an afterschool program within the Moraine Valley’s FitRec’s KidRec space focused on our social-emotional-based curriculum, tutoring support, and play to support children’s education, self-awareness and wellness.
The best part is students are transferred to FitRec from Palos West and Palos East by D118 school bus services at the end of the school day.
Through this collaboration with FitRec, The Do Good Movement will minimize the need to run around to additional support services and afterschool activities while also providing self-care time for parents and guardians.
Imagine returning home at the end of the day and spending the evening as a family for quality time together.
Join us in bringing mindfulness back to the center of your household. It feels good, to do good.
The best part is students are transferred to FitRec from Palos West and Palos East by D118 school bus services at the end of the school day.
With only 30 spots available for D118 students, don’t miss out on this opportunity to provide the necessary support for your children, while creating the space and time for yourself.
